ZEPHYRHILLS, Fla.—Pastor Mike Jayne of Faith Baptist Church says thanks to Regular Baptist Builders Club for a grant to renovate his church building. In 2017 the church received a $20,000 Build Up grant and used it to fund a variety of building projects.

The church auditorium, which had not had any improvements in 40 years, received drywall, insulation, and a coat of paint. The church did the same with the children’s wing and the youth room, which also got new laminate flooring. In addition, the church renovated the pastor’s office and installed a new coffee bar and welcome center in the lobby.

Since volunteer labor completed all the work, the church stretched its grant, enabling the church to also replace 56 windows and replace the roof. “We basically have a new building inside and outside,” Jayne says. “It looks amazing, and we praise God for that.”

He adds, “We are a church on the comeback. The community is taking notice, and we are growing again. Thanks to everyone who has given to Regular Baptist Builders Club and is going to give. We praise God for what He is doing through you.”
