More than 30 church leaders gathered for a preconference module on church revitalization. The group was subdivided into three sections so each group could receive personalized instruction from one of three church revitalization specialists.
Jon Jenks, Mark Meyer, and Howard Bixby gave their groups a solid understanding of the life cycle of churches and the church revitalization process, while recommending key tools churches can use to move toward a clearly-defined objective. Each participant also received two books on revitalization, compliments of the Regular Baptist Builders Club.
One pastor commented, “This will help me take the next step with my leadership team as we seek to reach more people in our community.”
